Here are the fruits of some 13 years' professional pursuit of excellence. Under the Cobra Whips banner I made a set range of whips to varying specifications. Now I only build bespoke whips to the most appropriate formula for their intended task, without compromise.
A considerable amount of time, effort and care is invested in each whip, using the best materials (which may be the central portion of a particular skin) in every component. The result is a whip crafted to heirloom standards whose beauty derives from its function.
The gallery contains a small cross-section of my work showing my preferred style. It is not exhaustive and is intended as a guide.
I am now living and working on an old wooden ketch. Remarkably my overheads have plummeted and this is reflected in the prices shown which are now all estimates for a similar or, where stated, an updated whip.
